"I am a Physical Therapist (orthopedic) in Asheville North Carolina.  I live with my wife and 2 dogs and enjoy road biking. Over the years I've kept in touch with Paul Weaver, Jerry Frost and Jerry Smith and have valued their friendship.  I will make arrangements to attend the reunion." (4/00)

"The Rowan experience for better or worse was memorable as intense, all-consuming, tedious and somewhat indescribable unless you participated (Gunline, Yankee Station, typhoon Taiwan-Straits, unreps, vert-reps, San Miguel Beer and PI in general, ....).  Long stretches at sea with the accompanying discomfort, inconvenience and general deprivation was (for me) put into perspective during an internship as a Physical Therapy student working in a VA hospital, treating the horror of wounds.  I'm grateful and doing well, the 50kv had no long lasting effects. I returned to the Rowan to finish my tour of duty before discharged in late '73."
